Please note that you will have two minutes to record your video. You will be able to review your recording before submitting it. If you don't like the recording, you can re-record the message.  

More tips to prepare for your video: 

• Consider preparing an outline of your answers before you record and practice with it a few times to get comfortable.
• Ensure your background is not messy or cluttered with papers, materials, etc. A cluttered background distracts viewers from the content.
• Record in a well-lit, quiet place with a reliable internet connection.
